"Just didn’t feel like me"
I really wanted to like these, but the frames just didn’t feel like my style at all. They looked a bit cheap and kind of outdated to me, and I couldn’t get past that feeling when I tried them on.

I went to fastrackeyewear.com because I saw a discount offer and thought I’d be saving a bit, but when I got to checkout, the code just didn’t work the way it was supposed to. The final price was still higher than I expected, and the terms were not clear. It was confusing, and I kept feeling like the deal was not really a deal.

I tried looking at a few other offers too, and it was basically the same problem again. Codes not working, prices not matching, unclear details every time. Same issue over and over. It felt like I wasted my time, and I was annoyed with the whole discount thing.

"Nice glasses, but the packaging needs work"
The eyewear itself looks good, and I was excited to finally get it. That said, the packaging was disappointing. The box was crushed on one side, and there didn’t seem to be much protection inside, which made me nervous since glasses can easily get damaged. It felt a bit careless for something so fragile. Thankfully, the eyewear seems okay, but I really hope they improve the packaging for future orders.

"Bad first impression with warranty support"
My first impression of their warranty support was frustrating, and unfortunately it never really got better. They kept delaying my claim and I didn’t feel like anyone was actually trying to help. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

"Frames broke much too fast"
I was disappointed with these. The frame felt flimsy right away, and it broke much sooner than I expected. I would not say they are worth the money.

"Prescription feels really off"
The glasses arrived quickly, which was nice, but the prescription seems way off. I start getting headaches after about 10 minutes of wearing them, and my old pair from another company still feels much better. I’ve tried reaching out to get it sorted, but so far I haven’t gotten any real solution

"Something felt off about the fit"
The frames looked decent at first, but once I actually wore them, the fit was just weird. They were too tight around my ears, yet somehow kept sliding down my nose, which doesn’t make much sense. I wore them for one day and ended up with a headache. i’m a little suspicious these weren’t shaped or adjusted properly. Not happy with them.

"Pretty frustrating to shop on"
I wanted to like the site, but it was kind of a pain to use. It loaded slowly for me, and trying to find the right eyewear took way longer than it should have. The filters didn’t really narrow things down in a helpful way, and some pages loaded oddly, which just made the whole thing feel clunky. I hadn’t even made it to checkout yet and was already annoyed, which is never a great sign. The layout definitely needs some work, because shopping for glasses shouldn’t feel like a mini project

"Returning them was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I ordered a pair of glasses from fastrackeyewear.com, and they just didn’t fit me right. No huge drama, I thought I’d just return them and move on like a normal person with a normal amount of patience.

The return process ended up being slow and weirdly confusing. I had to email more than once, and the replies I got didn’t really answer what I was asking. I’m staying calm, obviously, but it definitely felt like I was chasing them for basic information.

I’m still waiting longer than I expected for the refund, which is totally fine, if by fine we mean annoying. i don’t think I’d order from them again if returning something is going to be this much of a headache

"I placed my order and paid right away..."
I placed my order and paid right away, but two weeks later I’m still waiting. The tracking has barely moved or updated at all, which makes me feel uneasy. Once they had my money, it kind of felt like I was just left in the dark.

"Cloudy lenses, not happy"
The lenses just felt cloudy, like cloudy right from the start, and they really bothered my eyes. I kept trying to blink it away, but it still felt off. Not happy with these.

"Sizing was totally off"

"It just feels way too pricey for what..."
It just feels way too pricey for what you actually get. I was hoping it would be worth the money, but after trying it, I don’t feel like it delivered. It kind of made me lose trust in the value they’re promising.

"Didn’t notice much difference compared to others"
I used these while working on my laptop for a few days, but my eyes still felt tired by the end of the day. I’ve tried a couple other blue light glasses before, and these didn’t feel any better than the cheaper ones. Not totally convinced the blue light blocking does much, at least for me...

"Pretty limited selection"
I went in hoping to find a pair I really liked, but the selection just felt too small for me. There weren’t many frame shapes or colors to choose from, and a lot of them looked similar. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Personally, I’d only go back if they added more variety.

"Sunglasses didn’t really cut the glare"
I mean, it’s fine, I guess, but these sunglasses barely helped at all. I wore them expecting at least some relief, and the glare was still awful. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

"Charged Twice After Checkout Failed"
I was trying to check out and the page crashed right at the payment step, but somehow the money still came out of my account twice. I reached out to support and keep getting bounced around in the same loop with no real answer or fix. It’s really frustrating, especially when it involves actual money.

"Shipping took way longer than it should have"
I ordered from fastrackeyewear.com expecting my package to show up within a few days, but the shipping ended up being really slow. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it and wonder what was going on. if a company takes your money, I think they should at least be clear and reliable about delivery. By the time it finally arrived, I was already frustrated. I probably won’t order again if this is how their shipping usually goes.
